An American clothing company approached us because their current warehouse was unable to implement a necessary quarantine project. The DCI management team flew to the U.S. to meet with company executives and after an extensive discussion, our team proposed an action plan.

During a 6-week period, we doubled staff, set up and adjusted processes for the most efficient operation, and executed the plan. The project was completed within the agreed-upon deadline. As a direct result of our flexibility and efficiency, the client reassigned all its distribution business to DCI.
