A prominent nutritional supplement company in Canada was a DCI distribution/warehousing client when its in-house customer service rep left. DCI proposed to take over that aspect of its business as well, and management agreed to it on a trial basis.

Our team proceeded to take phone/online customer orders, handle customer service and manage site issues while continuing to warehouse the company’s products and fulfill orders. The client was extremely happy with the results and, in due time, DCI was managing the complete sales/distribution process for Vitamost.
